The top 4 players of a lower Division should consider moving up to a higher Division in the next season. In the spirit of fairness, they will not be allowed to join the same Division in the next season. However, they may drop down a Division level again if they do not make the top 8 in the higher Division in a season.
In the same spirit, players who have won at least one match in a season will not be allowed to join a lower Division in the next season.
Organizers reserve the right to move a player to another division. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify a player from a division if they are completely unfit for it.
